Homemade Density Board Painted Decorative Word Board

Once all the letters are cut out, sand any rough edges or bumps on the MDF board.

Apply an acrylic paint primer to the MDF board. You may need to apply more than one coat to ensure even coverage. Let the paint dry completely before moving on to the next step.

Use masking tape to create a design or pattern on the MDF board, leaving only the letters exposed.
